Your personal data, particularly your

• Master data (last name, first name, place of residence, address, email address, telephone and fax numbers, date of birth, customer number) and language and license plate),
• the data contained in your travel documents (passport number, passport data, date of birth, issuing authority, expiration date) and ID data (personal IDs, driving licenses etc. including issuing authority and expiry date),
• data regarding payment type and pertaining to payments, in particular EC-cards, credit cards and bank cards,
• length of stay, contact persons, conditions, special services, personal preferences and
• special data categories such as medical data and data regarding special requirements, are required for our services. In particular, these include bookings pertaining to restaurants, guides, transfers, ski lift tickets, guest cards and events.

For these purposes, this data is saved, processed and, if needed, transferred to third parties - including service providers in other countries for the purpose of processing travel bookings, software and agency services.

The legal foundations for these data processing procedures are

• the fulfilment of our pre-contractual and contractual obligations to yourself,
• consent declarations obtained from yourself,
• statutory, contractual or other legal obligations (e.g. documentation rights and obligations as per finance and accounting, tax and customs regulations, contract administration, reporting regulations, legal disputes) as well as Art. 96 TKG and
• our legitimate interests (e.g. the betterment of our client services, also within the scope of direct advertising or the perception of our own legal interests).

The length for which the data is saved is calculated in accordance with the length of our business relationship, the declarations of consent, as provided by yourself, as well as the statutory requirements to preserve records and legal obligations, which apply to our business. In case of regular business and in the interest of optimum client services, we must stress that we are committed to knowing your previously submitted customer wishes so well, that we can provide lasting and on-going customer satisfaction.

Contact with us
When you contact us on the website using a form or by email, the data you provide will be stored with us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and for the event of any follow-up questions for six months. We do not pass these data on to third parties without your consent.

Online booking
When making an online booking through our website, the booking process will be concluded on the official website of the Paznaun - Ischgl tourism association.

IT security
When you visit this website, log files are also stored, which contain the IP address and other data for accessing the website (e. g. date, time, user agent, referrer). Data processing takes place for a limited period of time (maximum seven days) and only to protect against DDOS attacks or other interference with the functionality of the website and, if applicable, the underlying database systems.

Information  Cookies
This website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device with the help of the browser. They won't do any damage.

So-called session cookies are used on this site. These are generated when the website is accessed and automatically deleted. They are used for recognition if you visit the same website again within a short period of time in order to take account of previously made preferences again. No personal data is stored or processed.

This cookie will become invalid after a maximum of 90 days. If you visit specific Internet pages on our website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and the website operator are able to determine that you have clicked on the advertisement and have been forwarded to this page. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is also used to compile conversion statistics. The relationship of the web analysis provider in using Google Adwords Conversion Tracking is based on contract data processing. The transfer of data to the data processor is based on a European Commission adequacy decision (self certification Privacy Shield). Google is also obliged to regularly delete data (currently every 39 months).

This website uses an interactive map from Dr. DSGVO. The map is operated locally. This solution is privacy friendly. When retrieving and operating the map, no personal data is passed on to third parties. Furthermore, we do not collect any personal data for the retrieval and operation of the map except for the technically necessary ones. The map does not use cookies.

This website uses Matomo. By using this website, you consent to the processing of data collected about you.

Data on this website is only processed on the basis of statutory provisions (GDPR, Telecommunications Act 2003).

Data processing (web shop, product ratings, booking tool and user account) is done on the basis of Art 6 para. 1 lit. b) (fulfilment of contract) GDPR.

In the event of use of analytical tools, data use is based on Art 6 para. 1 lit f) (legitimate interest) GDPR. The legitimate interest in using data is to improve the web appearance and for performance measurement Online advertising
